Equiply provides a capital equipment orchestration platform for healthcare organizations. This policy covers www.equiply.io, our marketing website. It does not cover the Equiply application at app.equiply.io, which is governed by the agreement between Equiply and the customer organization.

Nothing on this website collects, stores or transmits protected health information. There are no patient records, no clinical data and no uploads of any kind. The site is informational.
Data handling inside the Equiply platform is a separate matter, governed by the customer agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. Ask us for those documents at contact@equiply.io.
When you visit, our analytics and our hosting provider record technical information: your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you.
We use this in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to link it to a named individual.

We use the information described above to reply to enquiries, arrange and prepare for meetings you request, understand which parts of this site are useful, and keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising or retargeting.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the retention period set on our Google Analytics property. Server logs are held for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
Correspondence and meeting records are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email contact@equiply.io. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and within 30 days in any case. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
This site is served over HTTPS. Our hosting and analytics providers maintain their own security programs, described in their policies linked above.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send confidential clinical or patient information by email.
This is a business website intended for healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to contact@equiply.io and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted here.
